The NYC Routine
So now that i decided to resume my blogging, i guess you should know that since my summer is over, i am no longer in PTY. I’m actually in NYC studying so my routine will be very different.
I have class tuesdays (almost all day), wednesdays and thursdays (until noon). I have to work on lots of homework on the other days of the week though. I think i’m going to start to go to the gym very very early, like 6am, so i can build an early routine that starts before class and therefore i wont be forced to go to the gym after class and be tired….the earlier i can get it out of the way, the better. I will post the amount of calories burned after each session and try my best to lead a 1000 calorie diet (I will also be posting whatever i eat!). I will be reporting my weight on tuesdays.
Gym sessions will consist of 45mins at the elliptical and 15mins at the sauna, hopefully at least 4 to 5 times a week. Partying and drinking has to be reduced to once a week only, therefore a maximum of 4-5 drinks.
Since I live in NYC, there’s always lots of visits and small traveling plans that include eating out. It will be a challenge for me to balance the calories, but i think i can manage.
This week i’m studying for MIDTERMS so my schedule is a bit hectic right now but i’ll do my best to clock in the gym sessions. Have a goodnight all- talk to you later!
